Ms. Mary Owusu has over five years of experience in agricultural research and project management. She is a Senior Research Associate and Gender Co-lead with a passion for promoting  equality, diversity and inclusion in development research. Her expertise spans monitoring and evaluation, agriculture and agri-food systems research, and stakeholder engagement across national and regional platforms. 

Mary holds a Masters degree in Economic Policy Management, specializing in Rural Economics from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Economics from the University of Cape Coast.
