Mr. Gabriel Quansah is the Digital Lead at the institute. He is an IT
professional with over eight years of experience in web designing, implementing and
managing IT systems, tools, and infrastructure. He has extensive practical expertise in
designing e-learning systems, document management systems and digital libraries, among
others, for a wide range of organizations, both national and international.

Mr. Quansah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Ghana
Technology University College, and is a certified Project Manager with the Institute of Project
Management Professionals (IPMP).
